Solid Ground Yoga was founded
by Wanda Castelvecchi,
who was driven to help others bring yoga into their lives after it profoundly affected hers. Wanda began practicing yoga five years ago, seeking relief from stress during a difficult time in her life. When she realized that the practice of yoga not only helped quiet her busy mind, but also provided physical benefits such as strength, tone and flexibility, she knew that she had to provide a peaceful place to share this with others.
Practicing yoga at Solid Ground Yoga is a different experience. We provide a soothing, quiet environment in the studio, unlike the hustle and bustle of the gym. Our class sizes are smaller so that we can concentrate on you, keeping your yoga experience simple, personal, and focused.
Beginning with the foundation of a single asana (pose), we look forward to helping lead you to your Solid Ground.
